New Year, New Beginning: these are the three stages
Why do new beginnings give us a boost of energy? What if everything is already right, we just forgot to tell our brain? With a fresh start, we are ready to change, but it requires one thing this year: reconnecting to our hearts, to create an effect that truly lasts.
There are three stages of transformation in every beginning of the year. The first is our new year on the 1st of January. We need to take steps to achieve our dreams.
